Must I say it really ? NONSENSE! We’re not at Florida or anywhere else.

    1. Must I say it, You take the game far too seriously. Also this mod can be used in maps with tropical climates, like Brazil, Indonesia for example.

Some parts of the streets are colored in turquoise or in a mixture of green and blue.

Hello, Grimes. Thanks for the mod. Does this mod have any impact on frame rates? Thanks again.

  5. grimes can mod improvements in time please .

  6. Why thre are blue streets? Can you fix it pls

  7. To me the tarmac on many roads looks green, not blue or turqoise, but it’s definitely a wrong colour. Lots of these roads especially on EAA Map, but in Europe as well.

    1. I gave some of the roads a dusty look to go with the sandy terrain, I also changed one of the ets2 roads to look a bit like an ats road. To me they look perfectly fine but if you don’t like them then just delete the road folder.

        Thanks for the hint 🙂

  8. Thanks a lot, will try that. And please have a look at this:

That’s how it looks like for me and obviously some other users. I guess, this is not what you intended, right? I’d highly appreciate a dusty and a bit like ATS look, but this isn’t like that at all.

    1. Looking at that photo I think that’s the road I made look like an ats road, although can’t be 100% sure. Is it just that one road surface or others?

Anyway in the image below the top one is the ets2 road surface texture that I changed and the bottom one is the original ats road texture. I might be wrong but I can’t honestly see that there’s a big difference between the two.

Anyway as I said before you can either delete the road folder or delete that particular file which is asphalt.dds.

      1. I am not such an expert to tell how many different road surfaces there are and which ones look strange. All I can say is that there are some which look grey like normal tarmac, and some others look green. The green ones seem to occur especially in spots with some infrastructure like gas stations, toll stations, cloverleaf junctions, whereas “just plain roads” are mostly grey.

Anyway, deleting the roads folder or just the asphalt.dds both fixes the problem, thanks!

But really, you can’t see the difference between the two road surface pictures you posted? The texture is quite the same indeed. But the bottom one is almost blue, yet still acceptable as a tarmac grey, whereas the upper one is clearly green and absolutely no color I’ve ever seen on a road surface. I’ve looked at it on three different monitors now, and on each I can see the difference at first sight without any effort and without any doubt.

I hope somebody else will join the discussion and give his opinion too about this.

        1. Yes I noticed that the ats texture has a blueness to and that is the color I added to the original ets2 texture to try and copy it. The link below shows the original ets2 texture, I feel is lot less greenish after I changed it. Maybe I need to make further changes to it.
