It lacks many details and since I live in Madrid, it is painful to see the building of the city being so poorly executed. I’d argue they should’ve included also the highways that go through the city, including the underground tunels that can be used by trucks aswell. Imo, Madrid is a very beautiful capital yet one of the poorest executed builds in the whole dlc. A
