The file is a 7zip executable file and its safe to open/extract with 7zip.
I removed the def folder from it as I have Realistic Physics mod in the mod folder and it stopped that from working.
The extra town works (haven’t fully tested it), however the second turning into the town caused my truck to hit an invisible wall, I did go down the third turning (last one at the top of the map) and there are arrows pointing right (shouldn’t be any there at the end of the slip way) but I went into the town from there. Not explored it anymore..
