Most likely because the there are never mounted a blow off valve on trucks... the wistle you say is blow off valve is the wastegate letting go of unused pressure from the turbo/turbos. On newer trucks you cant here that sound so well,most likely because they are using internal wastegates instead of external :)

Hi,
is in(def/game_data.sii)
(interior_sound_volume: 0.05 // Interior sound attenuation value (the outside sounds will have 5% of original volume)
search your mods to find game_data and change the volume.
If you don’t have it create one.

how do i make the traffics sound louder so i can hear it from the cabin view?i cannot seem to hear the traffics at all when i’m on the driver side but when i’m on the passenger side i can hear them.
