this mod is inkobatible on ets2 version 1.38
Open the Downloaded Modfile, open the Manifest.sii with notepad++ or word ect and edit the last line: compatible version 1.39 to what ever you want in your case change it to 1.38 and save the manifest. Open Game and have fun!
