Sorry but there appears to be an issue with this mod.
The audio sample you have used has the background noise of an engine along with the blinker.

If you switch on the blinker with the engine off you can hear it.
I played your blinker_on.ogg etc in an audio player and you can hear a very short engine sound in the background.

yeah i dunno what it is the only volvo mods i have is the dashborad and sound is my own louder one what sort off works and scaina blinker sound
