   This are only ugly textures for road,that simulates the chinas roads…(sorry for bad eng.)

   the file downloade hasn’t extension

   I think this file should have a extension like .rar(from winrar) or .zip (from winzip)

   I rename the file to english with .rar extension; I unpacked and so can use the .scs file

   a curiosity: some roads in China are painted like that?
