This doesn’t open the trucks, it only opens the tuning parts for trucks. I believe there’s a mod on here that does allow you to buy any truck at level 1 though.
well if you are on 1.5.2 patch to the author you may want to recheck your sii files as your using old files and it is causing problems you need to re work this file with the new scs files from the base.scs
