      You upload the mods into the folder and activate it when choosing a profile in the mods manager

   BEST MOD EVER, DON’T LET IT EVER BE OUT OF DATE! PLEASE UPDATE THE MOD EVERY ETS UPDATE BECAUSE ITS SOO HELPFUL FOR THOSE SMALL ROADS
