   Never understood why someone would take a file created by someone, in this
   case SCS, modify it and assume some sort of copyright or ownership on it by
   locking the file. If SCS allow their files to be modded then so should modders.

   The Damaged Archives Repair Tool (DART 2.0) unlocks these files so there is
   no point locking them.
