There is something wrong with the file, the scs can’t be extracted, a message says file damaged or unknown.
I downloaded it several times from scs forum and here
nice map but speed limits ruin it. cities like Craiova have a 90km/h speed limit. when you exit a village the speed limit changes from 50km/h to 80km/h to 50 again in half a kilometer to 80km/h again in 1 kilometer.
sorry to say but these speed limits make it unplayable.

Nothing wrong with the file. There’s something wrong on your end. Try downloading the archive again and use WinRAR or 7ZIP. Nobody complained so far.

Unplaylable for you. No one complained until now. Most of these issues will be fixed in 1.1 though.

Just activate RusMap too. The 2 maps work together.
