   This is a modified Renault Premium.
   It does not look anything in an Sisu R500.

      Mate, the Sisu R500 IS a rebuilt Renault. This mod is as close as you can probably get.

   R500, C600 uses modified Renault premium cabs.. Fuller transmission and Engine by Catepillar.
   Cummins or Catepillar sounds from peterbilt is fitting to this one well.
