JoachimK, I don’t really get what you meant but if you’re saying it looks like rain, the only thing that could change this is slowing down the flakes and randomising their fall, but at the current state of the game it cannot be done. Still I find it way better than those straight vertical lines that were kind of killing the immersion for me.
Try using english next time, I don’t understand italian that good.
I’m far from editing 3D stuff but you can search “Real Tires 5.6” which contains winter tires for 50K wheels. That’s about as close you can get atm.
Very nice mod jules.ration … There are only a couple of things i would like to add to help you improve the mod … Try duplicating the snowflakes, it will look better and more intense snowing. Try making the snowflakes fall a little bit slower … Try making the snowflakes smaller and whiter, random falling on windshield, when looked from interior (this has been already done in some other mods)… I love your work so far, it really gives us a nice winter atmosphere out there 🙂

But as previously stated, falling speed cannot be adjusted at the moment (SCS has no parameter .sii file for this)
I’ll be working on an “heavy” versions during the holiday that we’ll be more intense.
As for the windshield flakes, these are grimes’, I didn’t touch them as my mod only replaces the rain.dds . Changing these would imply creating yet another game.data.sii which I have no intention to do (too much mods already include theirs and it can get messy)
Anyway stay tuned!
I don’t understand how this is a problem… .scs is the default file format for mods in both ets and ats. You can always unpack it with 7zip and repack it as a .zip…
