I’ve never try this before yesterday, but I can’t play the game without this mod now! this is extremly great! I love it.
Here’s the problem, the rain sound is bad quality, maybe you sghould check the audio file~
And,can you add wheel sound in rainny weather? You know tyre on wet ground makes pretty much different sound, it’s different from the sound on dry road condition.I mentioned this couple of times to SCS but none responding and no change to the game, Hope you can add the sound.
And about the Hot Pursuit Sounds, it’s weired to add a file to turn it off.I think the right thing is that the main file doesn’t have that sound, if some one want it, he can add the file.This will be more reasonable~

When you download the pack there are two options, one with ProMods and one without ProMods. If you are not using the ProMods map enabled on your profile, select the mod file that has “Without ProMods” on it.
If you take the police siren.ogg file out of the Sound Fixes Pack scs /sound/truck/noises and replace it with the poice siren.ogg from the no police mod it will kill the sirens.

Thanks for feedback. The external rain audio will be lowered in the interior in v11.7.
I too would love to add a wheel sound for driving on puddles of water, but unfortunately this is not moddable yet in the game.
