To corner this statement of yours, if you use only the Official load order provided by the developers, you won’t have a single issue with this Sound Fixes Pack, when you use it with Promods and other map mods, make sure that it stays above all other mod files, including Promods. Take a look at the Readme file for further help.
The bugs have occured only when the Fixes Pack was incorrectly placed in the mods manager and the game wasn’t updated to its latest version.
