      1. First you need to enable the developer console: http://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=61852

      2. Then you can set tire noise volume using s_wheel_noise in the console. For example for 10% of standard tire noise volume, you type s_wheel_noise 0.1
