You must extract and then the ets folder open, there is the file.
There’s no rain on the windows with that mod. My solution : I delete “game_data.sii” in the folder “def”… ans it works fine. THX.
I just tested the mod and the rain works fine. You don’t have to delete the game_data.sii. This is the first version that’s adapted for 1.33.
