   I have this mod, but I never see any traffic jams, maybe there are a few more cars, no traffic jams. Could it be one of my mods,
   I have these mods
   -Ai Traffic pack by Jazzycat
   -Air Brake Sound Mod
   -Gas Stations for ETS2 05
   MHAPro map Eu 2.1 for vers. 1.21
   -Traffic Jam
   -Traffic_and_cargo pack by Jazzy
   -Realistic Weather Sound by Night Son
