Baba, what *I* would do is find those entries and just delete them from the new Volvo scs file. You seem to have those already somewhere else. I constantly had engine conflicts and made one big engine and transmission scs file with a lot of ‘zzzzz’ in front so it would be loaded last.

Yes, delete the chassis sii file, but not the engine sii file or you would lose the engine with the high HP and torque stuff.
I would edit the array thingy in dg16gt750.sii to something like d16g750HPO.volvo.fh16.engine and also the name: “D16GT750 HPO euro 5” so it can be found in the truckshop.
I don’t understand any of this stuff, but it seems to work for me…

He did something on the chassis with the all-wheel drive to make it more steerable. If you delete you would lose that. Maybe if you edit the array a bit and the name (just like you did in the engine sii) you can keep this chassis and the other existing one. Try to find the other chassis and compare the content of the sii files. If they are exactly the same you can safely delete one.
Please don’t say this mod makes a Valiant out of the Volvo… No-Go! :-S

Don’t disable your other mods if you want to check for conflicts.
Create a shortcut on your desktop of the gamelog for quick access. Start the game, get in the driverseat, pause the game and alt-tab to the desktop and check the gamelog via the shortcut there. The last entry would be \pause\. If additional editing is necessary, quit the game or unpause the game, ESC, go to your in-game profile as this seems to release all the scs files for editing. After editing choose in your profile \continue\ and everything will be reloaded, get in the driverseat, pause the game again and check the gamelog for conflicts.
But if you edited the array to a unique value (*any* unique value would do; you can put your mothers name in there if you want) and you won’t get a conflict from there. Don’t forget to change the name (not the filename; but the name in the sii file) too as that shows up in the truckshop so you can recognize the stuff you want.
@Baba, I found some troubling stuff.
Make *sure* to save your game in front of a truckshop *before* editing. Name it TEST or something. Also make sure that the engine and chassis
you edit are *not attached* to the truck AND disable the VolvoHighWay Power Mod or the truckshop will get confused what’s actually attached. According to the truckshop I had at one time three different transmissions attached while editing with the stuff attached to the truck and the mod enabled…and I couldn’t reset or repair that. Glad I made a test savegame first! So do that and buy a default volvo chassis and engine.
You have 2 errors: one chassis and one engine.
Open chassis 6x4R.sii with notepad and edit this part to:

Enable the mod, go to truckshop and buy the HWP chassis and engine, go to the driverseat, pause the game and check the gamelog for errors.
If no errors, great, if there are errors, *first* reload the TEST savegame with the default chassis and engine, and the mod disabled, correct the typos, enable the mod… and … you know…test.
And yes, I really hope you get this working!
