There is a lack of open pipe sounds for Volvo FH since 1.37.
So I decided to convert one of the old kriechbaum's sounds to make it work on 1.40/1.41+ version of game.
It works with SCS Volvo, Pendragon's Volvo and Mondo.N's (Eugene's) Volvo.
