ETS2 Sounds

This is the last updated version and the final version of this sound mod, I have tweaked the volume parameters, correct the wind inside sound with tire rumble sound and the engine sounds more to a Euro6 engine, the last V.2.0 sounds more to a Euro5 and also corrected the blinker sounds.
