Czech names for cities 1.0.2

This mod changes the cities’ names to their Czech versions.
The mod is compatible with game version 1.21 and ProMods version 1.98.
ProMods is not required to use the mod.
A new version with cities from Poland Rebuilding and RusMap is coming soon!
