Temporary fix #2 for Military Cargo Pack by Jazzycat v2.4.1 for patch 1.31.x beta.
Fix #1 – added cables simulation for all trailers in pack.
Fix #2 – fixed bug with steerable axles for some trailers.
Replace old fix in mod folder.
