The fact that it has never been produced does not mean that it does not circulate on ”AMERICAN” roads. That it cannot circulate in ”EUROPE” is your idea, because in my area there are American cars that have been on the road since the 80s to today, vintage is not. Especially cars like the Pontiac DeLorean, which among other things was designed by an Italian.
