The main purpose of this Alive Traffic mod is to simulate the real life traffic as much as possible.
So, there are 3 categories, fast, medium and slow vehicles:
Fast vehicles’ top speed = Randomly between 100 – 160.
Medium vehicles’ top speed = Randomly between 70 – 95.
Slow vehicles’ top speed = Ra...
