Connects Project Chernozemye with Project Russia and Central Russia (Kursk – Oryol)
It adds a section of the M-3 “Ukraine” highway and the city of Sevsk in the Bryansk region, thus opening the way to the Ukrainian Sumy region.
Currently, it is not compatible with RoExtended.

Version 1.1:
– Sevsk was temporarily removed due to the absence of Central Russia on 1.57
– Connection to the P-22 “Caspian” highway has been added
