absolutely black screen when tired

Hello everyone,
I have an idea to make driving a lil bit harder and more realistic.
Now when you’re getting tires, you can see everything through this vignette (transparent in the center and black near the borders). So it has no sense.

Could you please make it completely black or just say the path to the file and I possibly can make it by myself.
