Adding a hazard plate to a truck as option

Hi guys say i wanted to add a plate to fit on the front bumper of a truck saying over size or wide load which folder would i need to put a dds in any help appreciated and im asking about any truck in general would i need pmg file for it or just standard dds etc and what folder bit new to trying to add these plates but can do skins etc thanks before hand cheers
