anyone help if i download a truck from here

hi guys wondering if i download a truck from here any truck and copy scs into mod folder and then enable it in the game when i go into game will i need to purchase the truck from dealer and also another quick question i have a volvo in game but dont have all the accessories fitted yet as im only level 7 still a newbie if i download a skin and my truck dosne thave a certain accessorie like say the over cab spoiler and side spoliers i think thats what there called will the skin still work if it was designed for a truck with the side spoilers etc im a newbie so im in the dark so to speak thanks ian
