The release date of American Truck Simulator is February 2015. (I think its the 15th but if you check on e-bay you can pre order now)

Well, im also a mod maker but im not the person for this but the only thing I can think of is make an ai vehicle and give it a License plate for another country for example a German license plate and if you drive around in Czech Republic and see it, it will be an ai car with a German license plate in Czech Republic.
