Fix allows you to use combo maps:

Rusmap 2.43.1
ROEXTENDED 2.9 / 3.3
For compatibility with other maps (Southern Region, SibirMap, etc.) does not affect.
Use only if you have all four maps.
In mod manager put above other map files.
