1.40 traffic lights fix
This mod features:
- Increased traffic head lights brightness and spot of light;
- Decreased "scale factor" for tail lights, so light is not too blured.
- Adjusted specular lights for brake, rear and brinkers.
- Orange marker lights for trucks and trailers now look into the ground.
