ETS2 1.47 mods

Replace some of the default game companies with real ones.
The idea behind is to gradually convert all the companies in the game to real companies.

This mod improves Volvo FH 2009 dashboard:
- based on "Volvo FH16 2009 Realistic Dashboard Computer" from Oscar
- added low beam icon
- added current speed value indicator on all screens
- added current cruise control speed value indicator on all screens
- added cruise control memory icon
- added ET...

This mod solely increases the brightness of headlights.
The beam pattern, angle, and range haven't been changed.
Works only with original trucks.
Tested on 1.47 version.
Note for the new MAN TGX:
- Your existing MAN TG3 TGX trucks with LED headlights will illuminate as halogen headlights.

- Add new texture and significantly increase number of raindrops
- Improve physical behaviour of particles, now their spawn will be more affected by truck position relatively to rain inclination
- It makes a huge difference and vastly improve perception of weather!
