   Incomplete file??? At least that’s what it says when i try to open it

      The downloaded archive is NOT CORRUPTED.
      The archive WORKED WELL FOR OTHER USERS.
      I recommend you to use WINRAR for extracting those archived files.Hope it fixes your problem.
