How do I change wheel colour ???

I use the Wheel mod : V8K Blaine Alcoa
I have found them i blue and red but how do I give them a colour of my choise
I have seen a lot of users that use those wheels and who has coloured them to fit ther skin colour on ther truck, but I can’t find anything on how to do it myself
