1) Wheels still conflict between your mods. They are probably located in a directory with the same name.
2) Engine sound. You are probably using outdated sounds, when you switch between your cars the engine sound disappears. Restarting the game helps.

The rear lights are made incorrectly. The brake light should light up in the center under the spoiler and in the places where you have turn signals. The main light is a strip across the entire width. The turn signals are done correctly. Remove the light bulbs from the rear bumper. These are reflectors.
