What is the utility of S.E.T.?
Mod manager doesn’t recognize this one in my setup.
if I tried open it, I can see the filenames, but can’t extract and many files are not familiar to me. XML file? terrain? .dds? it looks like this file is damage. I already download and same problem.

I agree. A sound mod would be great. It’s a great truck, but way too quiet for me. I’m used to driving the T800 with it’s sound. This truck would rock with a good sound mod.

The truck didnt appear after i have enabled it in edit profile..can someone help me?..its a very nice truck..my game version is 1.18
activated vnl 780? if Yes, vnl 670 not appear. may have connected another truck mod, which prevents to receive the vnl 670 in the truck dealer. check your mods to the truck. I recommend to use with the truck also S. E. T. Mod, but be sure to sell or buy a truck ( if already have) to enjoy all the changes.

Yes. Yes you have sen this truck. You probably just didn’t realize it was a Volvo. I can;t go 5 feet here (also in America) without seeing a Volvo VNL series truck parked alongside a Kenworth or Freightliner. VNLs are a love/hate thing here in America. No trucker seems to be neutral. The VNL drivers seem to love them to death. The Kenworth and Freightliner buffs say Volvo is a piece of junk and shouldn’t be on our roads. There seems to be no grey area with them.
It’s basically the Ford vs. Chevy style rivalry for Freightliner vs. Kenworth, and then we get the foreign (insert brand name here – we’ll go for Honda for now) represented by the Volvo which really stirs up the rivalry on both sides.
You haven’t been looking very closely. I drove one from 2006 til 2012. Drove Canada and USA, tavelled all over both countries from Otay California to St. John Newfoundland, Richmond B.C. to Miami Florida and everywhere in between, and I saw thousands of them. Considering that they’re built in Green River South Carolina in a plant right next to and in partnership with the Mack plant, I find it hard to believe that you’ve “never seen a truck like that in America”
The truck works well, but the rpm does not match well. eg engine 750, speed 85, 650 revolutions per minute.
There was no scs file for the truck. The was one for the mod set. game crashes when i choose Volvo dealer.
I’m downloading this when I get home but a lot of times that means there’s a conflict with one of your other mod trucks. Conflicting script possibly.
If your game is crashing then you have the error in your log. That’ll let you know where the conflict is.
Okay got it. The zip file titled “zzzzzz_VNL_670”. It is a zip, not scs, but all scs is, well, it’s just a zip file, and ETS2 reads zip files also. So you can do one of two things: Just drop that file into your mods folder and activated or . . . if you are a neat freak like I am for file extensions . . . just change the extension on “zzzzzz_VNL_670.zip” to “zzzzzz_VNL_670.scs” and then do your thing 🙂

Aaaaaaaah. Okay. Yeah I must have had it toned out because I was focused on the truck 🙂 My volume was really low also. I usually only turn the volume up for sound mod videos or trucks with custom sounds. That’s probably why I missed it LOL.
