Azur Lane: USS Hornet skin for RJL Scania R

This is only used for RJL Scania R, I recommend that the skin can work on the Topline cab cause of the errors and fault marks on the skin.

Notes:
-Works on all chassis (Including the 8×4 and the Obsolete ones)
-Works on other cabs (Except that they have a different look)
