Blue Closed Roads and Arrows

This mod change Closed roads and arrows in to blue color compatibile with all DLC’s and some of maps like ProMods, MHAPro, Standard etc…
Mod include Mod Manager Mainfest picture + info
Working on 1.18.x & 1.19.x
