Where exactly do you find this in game? doesn’t show in the usual places and doesn’t appear in the filter list.
Se abrir o scs com Winrar. é possivel editar o manifest.ini e ali muda de 1.58 para 1.60.
If you open the .scs file with WinRAR, you can edit the manifest.ini and change the version from 1.58 to 1.60.
