It is because he has used personal flares and not added them to the mod. The flares need to be changed or he needs to add the flares he has used in the mod for the lights to work 🙂
Well, the flares are easily fixed by even beginners. So there is hope whomever wants to use this trailer. Here’s a couple quick changes I did for myself using this trailer:

It’s works fine but the rear lights don’t work apart from that it’s all good
