    je l’ai essayé et je trouve que de lever la tête tout le temps c’est pénible.
    C’est pas possible de faire la même chose mais en bas ?
    I tried it and I think raising your head all the time is painful.
    It’s not possible to do the same thing but downstairs?

       Tout est en bas. 😉
