Added a text document containing links for mega combo map (thanks to Lyonzyi_Leonid5 for their hard work); simply open the document and copy the links to play with the combined large maps.

Fixed navigation pathfinding issues (specifically, excessive loading times).
Removed ferries connecting to the Southeast Asia map (when using the mega combo map, there are now direct road connections allowing you to drive from Europe to the Southeast Asia region).
Performed minor cleanup and organization of rural areas in Laos.
Partially rebuilt Huay Xai (Laos) and Lai Chau Province (Vietnam).
Completely removed previously low-quality map areas.
Added the remaining areas of Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, and Thai Nguyen provinces, as well as Phu Tho, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, northern Ha Tinh, northern Bac Ninh, and the northern suburbs of Hanoi. (This expansion covers northern Vietnam and a small portion of central Vietnam—excluding most of the Red River Delta and accounts for approximately 40 percent of Vietnam’s total national area.)
