Map Mod

I have a map mod that was made for me back on either ETS2 1.30 or 1.31. Since this was made the person and I are no longer talking, is there anyone who knows how to update it, the map mod adds 3 depots to the game, one of these depots is in a car park that we can’t access in the base game. thanks
