Standardised criteria for mod uploads that will have the uploader fill out a form on which mod testbed is listed (1.4, 1.5, any DLC, any known big mods that it could interfere with)
The name of the mod must be original to the creator to avoid confusion like when some goofball uploaded Realistic Physics Mod 8.0, closely mimicking KacaK’s popular mod of almost the same name, only 7.0.
Now I am quite certain that uploader knew full well what he was trying to do by this.

If it’s a truck a screenshot of exteriour and interiour should be required, sound mods need a sample via YouTube or any other way available. Appropriate tags and categories selected.

There is a sea of little mods, big mods, old and new versions, it can get hard to navigate, if there could be a Top Mods listing that would be great as well.

This site is great though as it is, I practically stop by way too often, my first stop for ETS mods.
