Speed limit mod doesn't work

Hello,

I’ve tried a view different mods which would take away the speed limit of 90 km/h. Unfortunately do the mods not work, not one. I’m using the latest version of ETS2 (1.12.1 i guess). Does anyone know how I can fix this. With other accounts it used to work!
