Turn By Turn with Arrows Sat Nav

Hi,
I am very new to this service but using ETS2 sat nav in a real pain in the rump, so I would like to find someone who can create a turn by turn sat nav mod that works in promods maps 2.27 for which I am willing to pay via paypal £50, I really do need a good sat nav mod.
