please someone make an ai mod that makes the ai go max speed everywhere. i tried to edit this mod

by changing the ai speeds to 200km/h in city, outside of city and motorway but it didnt work. been always my dream to have very fast ai. i could pay some cash if someone could make that mod. thanks
