what program do i need to make skins

hi guys im new to this but willing to learn id like to try and produce my own skins ive done it for grid in the past but can anyone tell me the programs software i need for ets 2 please many thanks ian

dxtbmp , notepad++ , some paint program, and example HxD to edit .tobj

How do I use the Tobj editor I’m saying what do I do with it when I’ve created my skin to make the skin work
