What's the difference between pro mod and STM maps?

Can anyone help please what’s the difference between pro mod maps and tsm maps I run latest version of euro truck but I’m a newbie to the sim and would like to know if there is any difference and are they compatible with each other any help appreciated as I don’t wish ruin my game

The really simple explanation is that TSM adds northern Africa and ProMods adds the Scandinavian countries, they don’t work together at all. So,it’s all in your choice of where you want to drive.

Thanks bear just wondered about it also if they don’t work together as a relevant newbie even though been on here for last month say I just untenable my promods Scandinavia map can I then enable tsm on same profile ? I get what your saying I think you can’t run them both at same time anyhow thanks bear for the info I’d like try the Spain area and also part of Italy does tsm cover those ? Cheers ian
